Luanne is a highly qualified real estate professional who looks after all income and disbursements for Affinity’s property portfolio. Within this role she ensures all tenants rental payments are receipted, she follows up any tenants falling into arrears and she ensures all landlords receive disbursements of funds on their scheduled mid-month and end of month payments.

Previously, Luanne ran her own successful property management company in Mount Gravatt and has more than 30 years’ experience in property management and sales. As a senior member of Affinity Property’s team, Luanne mentors and coaches team members on RTA requirements, QCAT matters, legislative compliance and a range of technical property management skills and activities.

Luanne is sincere, loyal, and approachable to discuss any concerns an owner or tenant may have. She prides herself on going above and beyond for her clients to deliver great outcomes. Amiable, reliable, process driven and thorough are just some of the qualities that Luanne possesses.
